Booking & Cancellation Policy

Clients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving a room and a therapist’s time exclusively for their treatment. Your therapist is self employed and when you book an appointment, your therapist is committing to pay for the reservation of a room for your treatment. If you cancel your appointment your therapist may still incur the cost of the room booking. Most therapies also require preparation time prior to the treatment, usually done the day before. This represents an investment by your therapist, which is made in good faith.

At the Cotswold Health Centre we do however understand that the need to cancel an appointment may arise for a number of reasons.

If you should need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you may do so without charge by giving us at least 48 hours notice of the cancellation. This allows your therapist enough time to re-book the cancelled appointment slot and avoid unnecessary preparation time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged at 50% while “no shows” and cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged for in full.

If you do need to cancel your appointment please call The Cotswold Health Centre on (01453)767600. If you get the answer machine please leave a message stating slowly and clearly:

·         That you wish to cancel

·         Your name and telephone number

·         The date and time of your appointment

·         The name of your Therapist

We will contact you to make arrangements for an alternative appointment should you require one.
